I love this product! I like that it’s sweetened with stevia, as I’m allergic to aspartame which most of the powdered drink mixes used. I also really like the nutritional content, as it’s loaded with vitamins, antioxidants, and minerals. I’m not looking for it to give me an immediate “upper”-like boost – but as a supplement to my other nutrition, it definitely helps improve my energy level.

My one quibble is that you do have to shake it well to get it to mix. I use a blender bottle, and when adding the powder to ice-water, shake hard and it mixes well. I mix one packet into about 20 – 24 oz of water (it calls for mixing into 16 oz per packet) to get a less sweet taste, because I don’t like a very sweet taste to my drinks. I’ve also used it with unflavored gelatin to make a tasty sugar-free gelatin, and it mixes well with the boiling water and gelatin crystals.

LOVE LOVE this product…it tastes great and gives me so much more energy. I definitely notice a difference in my energy level when I’m not drinking this or taking the Sambazon supplements. I also love that it’s made with stevia and not some fake sweetener.

Not sure what I was expecting but I will waste what I have left because I can’t choke the stuff down. That’s all I can say about it. Tried it twice and just can’t like the taste.

I haven’t been using this long enough to report on any benefits as far as energy or metabolism boost. I just recently purchased and I have to say the taste leaves much to be desired. I can and will finish the box as I hate wasting my money. It is a bit chalky and does have a bit of a gritty texture. All in all…I can force myself to drink it, but I won’t be purchasing again once I finish it. My next purchase will be for something in a pill form.

This product will not disolve and leaves little specks floating in the water. The taste is odd and weak too. I was hoping I would like the taste as much as I love Crystal Light’s Immunity, which is a very tasty cherry pomegranate. I think I will try mixing the two products together to use it up! I did not notice any “Energy Boost!”
